Pros
Amazing people to work with. The company is a very good size. You can (and are encouraged to) communicate directly with senior leadership as well as all other departments. I have had a chance to learn a lot here. You regularly have opportunities to be involved in projects that aren't your usual area of expertise which is a great opportunity to learn and maybe find some new areas you are really interested in. Overall it has been a great experience even with the unavoidable chaos that comes naturally with property management.
Cons
No corporate office space. We used to have a great office space that really helped a lot with collaboration and becoming familiar with your colleagues, but we have since gone full remote. I know this would be a pro for some people, but it would be nice to have a consistent space to be able to at least have a flex schedule. Additionally, there can be a pretty big disconnect between the corporate support teams and onsite management. This has already improved pretty significantly over the past 2-3 years I have worked here, but this could still be improved. Many of the support staff have never worked on site and aren't familiar with all of the challenges that can happen on a daily basis.
