none they suck they treat workers like crap and pay nothing they need a union

low pay hard work owners are horrible and cheap and could care less about their workers

Not many pros I can think of.

Low wage, very low morale, they try to push you to do twice the work for your pay so they can avoid hiring someone else, but will not pay you any more.
