Pros
Employees are regularly updated of management issues and company business so that they feel invested in its success.
Cons
Prior to Adelphi - Hired and left alone. There was animosity between some departments; working relationships perfunctory at best. Trust at your own risk. In 10 months, I found the company to be a revolving door for new and departing staff.
