Great researchers. However, your time will be tracked to the minute and your vacation will need to be approved. It's like a law firm but with much lower salaries.
Cons
Top-level staff are incompetent, insecure, and frightened about their own job stability. It seems like a lot of inexperienced people are at the highest levels of the org, with a singular focus on relentlessly micromanaging researchers below them to justify their own positions ... which explains why they struggle to maintain funding and why turnover is rampant. Their mandate of race equity and social justice is also laughable considering that a bunch of white women are leading the charge (badly). Don't expect any help from HR, which doesn't exist, and prepare for dismissive and vindictive management practices. Look at the negative reviews; they are accurate.
