Pros
Benefits are good and pay is mediocre. Working hours are pretty flexible. Friendly work environment has always been one of the top reasons to work here.
Cons
No clear direction now a days. Most don't even know why they come into work or if they'll have a job at the end of the work day. Moral is literally non existent.
