      Given space to own initiatives from concept to completion. Wide variety of projects to get involved with. Genuinely nice people who care for each other.

      Cons

      Can be cliquey at times, which is human nature but wasn’t proactively addressed at a management level. Bias towards urgency over importance.

      Amazing exec team that is smart, dedicated, and listens. Remote city teams are equally filled with intelligent, energetic people Amazing offices, generally the ability to travel and work remote

      Not quite there with job growth. There have been numerous setbacks to the availability of upward mobility
