Pros
- nice coworkers - most managers are nice and understanding - not a difficult job - quick training - free tea, coffee and milk alternatives - sometimes there are snacks (usually fruit) - maybe better than tkmaxx or primark but not worth it honestly - 25% off even on sale items
Cons
- understaffed every day - doing 3 peoples jobs - get told our target but no reason for me to care when there is no bonuses - only 20min paid break - very strict on lateness and will take out of the pay check depending on how many mins late you are - some of the managers need to chill like it’s not that serious - physically exhausting - leaving out important information and constantly changing the rules - increasing prices of items and upsetting customers as they feel scammed - security is pretty much useless - everyone is gossiping and most people working there are unhappy - no wifi for the staff
