Pros

I have truly enjoyed my experience working as an RBT at Reset Behavior. The company genuinely cares about both its employees and the families it serves. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and always willing to provide guidance when needed. One of the things I appreciate most is the positive work environment. The team culture is collaborative, and everyone works together to ensure clients receive high-quality services. The BCBAs are knowledgeable, provide consistent support, and are invested in helping staff develop their skills and grow professionally. Reset also offers opportunities for advancement, ongoing training, and values employee feedback. Working in ABA can be challenging at times, but having a strong support system makes all the difference. I have gained valuable experience, built meaningful relationships, and have felt proud to be part of a team that makes a positive impact on children's lives every day.

Cons

Like any ABA company, there can be schedule changes and cancellations that are out of everyone's control. That being said, I've always felt supported by my team, and the positives have outweighed the negatives for me.

Pros

- Flexible schedule - Strong BCBA team cohesion - Autonomy in choosing assessments, choosing programs, tailoring treatment plans, and voicing your clinical opinion - In house CEU's - Variety of clients ( Toddlers to adults) Adults are a definite PRO! - 401K Matching - Scheduler that manages client and RBT call outs - School readiness clinic ( clients are in classrooms which helps RBTs know a variety of clients and their programs, helps clients generalize between RBTS) -Franchise opportunities - Prioritizes client dignitiy and consent. -Organized HR

Cons

- Newer company that is still developing policies and procedures through trial and error -RBTs get too many warnings aboout attendance/punctuality, before an actual corrective action plan is given. - School readiness clinic: BCBAs are expected to help one classroom with lesson plans, which takes a lot of time, when you are trying to make the lessons meaningful
