I began in the Connect Center at the company’s original office. After six months, the leadership team made the strategic decision to close the Connect Center, enabling franchise owners to manage their own leads. During this transition, Steven, ensured that every employee was reassigned to a new role within the company, accompanied by a salary increase.
I transitioned to the National Accounts team, where I had the opportunity to deepen my expertise. Both Steven and Allen invested substantial time and resources into my comprehensive training, particularly in commercial estimating, which significantly enhanced my skill set.
