Pros

You will meet great co-workers here

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant in this company next to favoritism. If management doesn’t like you they will find a way to replace you no matter what. Also a company that centers its beliefs around religion. Can be uncomfortable for those who are not Christian.

Pros

I had the privilege of working at ResiBrands for over a year, during which I held four distinct roles that significantly expanded my professional expertise. I began in the Connect Center at the company’s original office. After six months, the leadership team made the strategic decision to close the Connect Center, enabling franchise owners to manage their own leads. During this transition, Steven, ensured that every employee was reassigned to a new role within the company, accompanied by a salary increase. I transitioned to the National Accounts team, where I had the opportunity to deepen my expertise. Both Steven and Allen invested substantial time and resources into my comprehensive training, particularly in commercial estimating, which significantly enhanced my skill set. ResiBrands operates at a fast pace, with roles evolving quickly to meet the company’s dynamic needs. Despite this, I consistently observed Steven’s commitment to supporting the employees who contribute to the brand’s success. The company recognizes and rewards hard work, which, while sometimes demanding, fosters a culture of dedication and achievement. Throughout my tenure, I had the opportunity to witness Steven’s leadership style firsthand. He is a direct leader who sets high expectations for results but is also open to acknowledging mistakes and learning from them which is a rare and valuable trait. Both Steven and Allen demonstrated genuine care for their employees and franchisees, creating a supportive environment. ResiBrands is an exceptional workplace for those who are passionate about making a meaningful impact and collaborating with like-minded individuals. The company not only supports its employees’ growth but also empowers franchisees to achieve their entrepreneurial goals, contributing to their pursuit of the American Dream. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at ResiBrands and highly recommend it to those seeking a dynamic and rewarding career.

Cons

More internal events to strengthen department communication.

Pros

You trauma bond with coworkers and make forever friends,

Cons

My experience at ResiBrands was honestly one of the most frustrating of my career. The leadership feels chaotic. Direction changes constantly — what’s urgent today is irrelevant next week. There’s no stability, no consistency, and no clear long-term plan that actually sticks. It creates an environment where you’re always bracing for the next pivot instead of building something solid. What really stands out is the turnover. Most of the long-term employees who helped build the company are gone. That should tell you something. There’s a revolving door of people coming in and out, and morale reflects that. It’s hard to feel invested when experienced team members keep leaving and institutional knowledge walks out the door. It also feels like advancement and job security aren’t always based on performance. There’s a strong sense that being personally favored or connected matters more than the value you bring. That dynamic makes it discouraging for people who are actually putting in the work and trying to operate on results. On top of that, appreciation is minimal. You can put in long hours, hit goals, fix problems — and it rarely feels acknowledged. Image seems to matter more than substance. If something looks good externally, that’s prioritized over what’s actually happening behind the scenes. Overall, it’s an exhausting place to work if you care about consistency, merit, and being valued for your contributions.
