Pros
Culture is really key for me but quite often it is something printed on a poster and that we forget. At ResiCare the team has 5 core values which are really present on a daily basis. We really talk about it on a daily basis: Are we really being pioneer on that project? Are we really helping our colleagues or clients? Added to that, everybody is very autonomous and free to bring new ideas. The communication is constant and or progresses are shared with the team on a weekly basis. Work is flexible with a mix of WFH and meeting the team at the office. All this may sound very biased but when I joined I really found an organization extremely well built... definitely the best I have seen in my career (vs large organizations and startups)... And it is worth sharing.
