      Innovative products, room for advancement, good benefits and some great young people driving the organization.

      Cons

      Lots of "clicks" that play to insiders, increasing red tape and middle management, compensation keeps being cut

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
