Pros
The comradery at ResMed among my peers during my time there was very strong. You really feel like your team has your back, and the managers facilitate and encourage this behavior. Producing high-quality code is a top priority, not just an idea which is paid lip-service to. Work life balance is actively encouraged.
Cons
Some of the technology choices are out-dated, but not awful. As with any established software project, change and new comes a bit more slowly. But the other technologists are not unreasonable.
