      -Contributing to helping people and saving lives, it's fulfilling work -Great company culture -Intelligent and innovative workforce

      -Before I started here I had no idea that ResMed's HQ was in San Diego so we need to do a better job of getting the word out in the community

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
