Having been here for a year, I feel empowered and encouraged to make a difference to the organization by leveraging the strengths of cross functional team members and introducing innovative technology solutions and global processes that will enable the organization to be agile, whilst scaling our operations and preparing for greater growth.
Cons
As with any organization, working through various transformations across functions can be challenging and it is great to see a lot more rigor and discipline around managing complex programs and investing in change management efforts leveraging Prosci methodology. The recent introduction of agile methodology leveraging Jira and other such tools has helped us to implement a number of projects successfully. Yes there are a few bumps along the way but at least we learn from it and know how to keep moving forward. Truly is a great place to work. I have a few roles in my team and am looking for a Global Portal and Content lead as well as a Global M&A Lead, so we are definitely a progressive and growing company!
