      Pros

      Solid work-life balance, health conscious, communicative teams, focused leadership, motivated, excited, passionate people because the company, projects and goals are inspiring, forward thinking and creative. Beautiful, comfortable campus with all the amenities you need and can think of, great pay, stock options and benefits.

      Cons

      I've not had this experience (yet) but the only complain I've heard from others is: "don't get too comfortable, things change all the time"

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
