Horrible management & HR, words cannot simply describe. There are 3 types of managers at ResMed There are some managers who are genuinely great people but they have no real power Other managers pretend to be nice and understanding only to gain power over others to further their own selfish desires Lastly, there are some managers who have been appointed to positions of power as temporary puppets/dummies which very obviously get put in positions of power to eventually be kicked out and replaced. Im not too sure what the purpose of hiring such incapable people is, but if i had to have a theory it would be to have someone to always blame and when they are gone the true power players can show the board that they are making big changes? its really common, every year this happens, its strange. New dummy just got put into power, she'll last 12 months like the other one. Poor culture and no progression
