      Pros

      Good (but not great) renumeration. Meritocracy. Team orientated.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to progress if not in one of the major centres - Sydney, San Diego, Germany. Ironically for a comapny that helps people it can mean a lot of evening conference calls if you're in Europe.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
