      The benefits and time off are good

      Cons

      they let 20 + of us go because they had lent us to a US based agency and the US agency decided they no longer had need of us, so after 3 years, I am out of a job. The Canadian site didn't even offer to find us places internally

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
