      ResMed leadership continues to set the company on the path for success. Lots of projects to get involved with and the ability to upskill is always there.

      Can be difficult to see the lanes in which to grow.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
