Pros
Worked for several yrs and felt great during initial 4-5 yrs and was a great place to work, good pay and benefits
Cons
Due to several recent changes in the company with senior mgmt. it is not worth sticking around. Employee morale is very low and motivation is missing. Heavy politics within the company, your passion and experience are not well respected both by dept managers and HR dept who seem to only follow orders from top mgmt. - overall would not recommend joining. Several experienced people are let go very easily, no regrets seen at all by the company
