      Competitively structured compensation plan, great benefits, strong support system from HR to product management, including executive level at any given time. They truly value their employees, and treat them as such.

      Cons

      Competitive industry with an unknown future ahead, but ResMed has been an industry leader with innovative solutions. Continuous expectations to do more with less time has become the new norm for everyone.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
