Pros

The quality team is friendly, hard working, very intelligent and overall a great team to work with. The company feels safe compared to others that do constant layoffs. It could be a potential long term career. They have advancements set up and are getting better every day. New management has certainly turned things around. Training program is becoming robust and better also.

Cons

Resolian does not pay market standards and HR makes that clear.

Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working here. What stands out most to me is my coworkers—people are genuinely supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help each other succeed. It’s honestly the thing people who leave say they miss the most. The environment doesn’t feel overly competitive, and there’s a strong sense that leadership wants employees to succeed both professionally and personally. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, whether within your own department or by exploring other areas that interest you. I’ve been able to grow my career quickly while learning more about the industry and expanding my QA responsibilities. Leadership is accessible and open to feedback, which makes a big difference day-to-day and helps you feel like you can truly have an impact on the future of the company. Work-life balance is respected, and there’s flexibility when needed. The team environment makes it enjoyable to come to work, and there’s a shared commitment to support each other whenever needed.

Cons

Occasional busy periods - which helps keeps things new and exciting.

Pros

Good work experience, some people are very friendly/ enjoyable to work with (only about 50% of employees though), pretty diverse and people are pretty open minded

Cons

Other employees are rude and lack social awareness. Onboard training is not organized/ hire too many people for amount of work they have. Micromanagement. Some times employee/ manager relationship feel more like a student/ teacher relationship. Terrible pay with minimal room for salary and job growth. When things go wrong PIs first go to is to blame lower level scientists. Only care about profit, not about employees.
