I’ve been able to grow my career quickly while learning more about the industry and expanding my QA responsibilities. Leadership is accessible and open to feedback, which makes a big difference day-to-day and helps you feel like you can truly have an impact on the future of the company. Work-life balance is respected, and there’s flexibility when needed. The team environment makes it enjoyable to come to work, and there’s a shared commitment to support each other whenever needed.

Occasional busy periods - which helps keeps things new and exciting.

The quality team is friendly, hard working, very intelligent and overall a great team to work with. The company feels safe compared to others that do constant layoffs. It could be a potential long term career. They have advancements set up and are getting better every day. New management has certainly turned things around. Training program is becoming robust and better also.
