Small company with potential - Anonymous employee Resolvity Employee Review

Resolvity is a place to work if you like doing really interesting technical work in a small team environment. I read a review about micromanagement. That employee did not understand the difference between measurement and micromanagement. Micromanagement is when managers try to control and define exactly how every task is done. In my years at Resolvity, it was exactly the opposite. The company paid above market so that they could hire people who could work self-directed. In fact those who worked did so because they liked working on NLP and speech recognition.

Of course, if your priority is to celebrate birthday parties in your office over working on challenging technical problems, then this is probably not the right place for you.
