      Pros

      I have money to pay my bills

      Cons

      You will work 7 days a week for the rest of your life. Don't value you as a worker. All the equipment is duck tapped and zip tied together. Vacation is mainly used so you can actually get a day or two break after work 30-50 days at a time. The health insurance is completely trash almost nowhere excepts it.

      Pros

      It is a great place to get experience in different industries as it varies. There is a lot of on the job training as the dynamics of the industries varies. It is now work from home evironment. They have done a lot to create careers for local hires.

      Cons

      It is Japanese owned so there are still a lot of expats who have the ultimate decision power. That being said its a good place to gain experience.
