The start-up is on a mission to simplify renting homes and provide tailor-made solutions for tenants. From the beginning, I was entrusted with meaningful responsibilities, leading projects and diving deep into the company's journey. Having that trust and ownership has really ramped up my growth as a designer.

Where it is a small team, there may be times where you may have to wear multiple hats. Although the work is rewarding it can get a little stressful at times - organisation is key! This is pretty common at startups, my advice is just to be kind to yourself, take mini breaks when needed, and you'll be more than fine!

As a young start-up, everything your doing contributing to building something new which is super rewarding. Team is great to work with and very flexible. Ability to attend lots of talks/workshops/courses to develop learning and apply it to your job.

As you're learning on the job, your learning is up to yourself (not really a con).
