The past few years at this company can only be described as exhausting and disheartening. Working in the IT department, I was responsible for tracking and maintaining a large number of systems and programs, carrying heavy responsibilities with little support or recognition. What was even more unacceptable was being transferred to another department without my consent, disrupting my career path without any proper discussion or explanation. Long working hours became the norm, yet my efforts were met with silence from my supervisor, with no acknowledgment or appreciation. Many tasks required multiple approvals, and the so-called “fastest” way to get things done was simply to keep begging for approvals. This process was inefficient and deeply draining, both professionally and personally. This experience gradually eroded my motivation and trust. Based on my honest experience, I strongly do not recommend joining a company that lacks respect, transparency, and meaningful organizational support.
