Pros
Getting a brunch of useless attraction perks. Other than that nothing much I can think off.
Cons
This is a traditional firm that offers a bonus of roughly one month’s salary and double-digit annual increments. Surprisingly for such a large corporation, their processes remain highly manual, relying heavily on pen and paper. Within the department, many 'old-timers' have been promoted to Director level and above; consequently, career progression is strictly based on tenure rather than merit. Very toxic working cultures depending on your department as well. Most importantly no hybrid working arrangement
