      Good working hours, plenty of off days to do other things.

      Cons

      12 hours shift and required to find own replacement before going on leave, MC etc.

      Internal growth is encouraged. Company culture is unmatched. Team environment with unwavering support from upper leadership.

      Cons

      The only con working here was the employee pathway is outside. They are making it indoors now I hear, which is amazing!
