      Competitive salary, some interesting opportunities due to unique location

      Cons

      Very political environment, no cohesion between departments. Everyone just pushes work around so they can do less. A lot of dead weight people around. Long hours if your boss is workaholic. Your voice doesn't matter, just keep head down and listen to those above. Totally zero work from home.

      Internal growth is encouraged. Company culture is unmatched. Team environment with unwavering support from upper leadership.

      Cons

      The only con working here was the employee pathway is outside. They are making it indoors now I hear, which is amazing!
