Other tourism related companies like SIA pay 6 months to 8 months bonuses to staff post covid recovery. This company pays pathetic bonuses and increment as if it is still stuck in covid. See the 2023 annual report on how fat management pay themselves. I assure you the staff here does not even get half of what SIA staff enjoys! - Lots of politics, and high turnover!
