Not worth it, toxic - Operations Resource Energy Employee Review

The leadership team honestly cares about staff and staff's opinion. It is common for the owner/CEO to call newer hires and ask their opinion and first impressions - they care about staff from day one. The top management in Ops and HR has a vested interest in the growth and development of the company and staff. Promotions are often from within and there is plenty of room to move up if you're focused and do good work. Working from home full time makes for a healthier and better work/life balance. The benefits are great and there are no PTO blackout windows.

At this time, I can not think of any.

Remote work is available which is great.

A very top heavy organization.
