Pros

We won’t try and mould you into some sort of corporate cookie-cutter shape. We want you to be you! The best version of you that is. You’ll do that by growing and advancing in the company of other smart people. As an inclusive workplace; everyone’s welcome. We celebrate diversity. Our colleagues are comfortable being their authentic whole selves. We want this to be one of the best places you’ve ever worked.

Cons

We are a remote company so, if you prefer to work in an office regularly, this may not be the best company for you.

Pros

- Remote Work Flexibility: Team members can work from almost anywhere, provided there’s a 4-hour overlap with GMT business hours. - Self-Motivated Environment: There are no managers, allowing for a high degree of autonomy and self-direction. - Comprehensive Benefits: Includes 30 days of personal holiday, a birthday day off, flexible hours, a health and well-being contribution, and an annual allowance for training and conferences. - Team Gatherings: International meet-ups called “Guru Gatherings” allow the team to connect in person in global locations, adding a personal touch to remote work.

Cons

- High Autonomy Requirement: The lack of direct management means employees need to be very self-driven and able to work independently, which may not suit everyone. - Limited Time Zone Flexibility: Although remote, employees must align at least 4 hours of their day with GMT business hours, which may be challenging for some time zones.

Pros

* High degree of autonomy * Flat hierarchy - everyone's voice is heard and valuable * Flexible working hours * Respectful and supportive team * Remote working * Great perks * Annual get togethers * The company is always eager for feedback on both it's product and it's internal processes - they are always looking for ways to improve for both their customers and employees * I feel valued, and that my input matters

Cons

Remote working and flat hierarchies aren't for everyone, so if you're the type of person who likes to be micromanaged or who prefers to work in the same office as your colleagues, this probably wouldn't be your ideal workplace. I struggle to think of any other cons!
