1. Politics at its peak. 2. They don't even pay the minimum salary set by the government. 3. They will fire you without any notice. 4. No experience certificates. 5. Extreme workload, with no pay for overtime. They will make you work for 24 hours. 6. Management does not care about you at all, if you are sick or anyone died in your relatives, they will cut your salary. 7. You don't even get paid what they promised, they will pay you extremely late, like 20- 25 days after the month, that too few thousand missing from your paycheck. If you complain, either you will be replaced or the manager will just say 'Come on, It's just 3 or 4 thousand Rupees'. Remember, Their salaries are pathetic. 8. In my years of working in this company, I was only paid my full salary just once, that too my last salary.
