Resource Property Management is one of the most professional, upscale management companies you will find. Managing condo and home owner associations is not an easy business. The abuse and blame is put on the management company by owners and board members most times, as witnessed in some of these reviews. Not all, but most. This saves face within the communities. You are not going to satisfy everyone all the time. I've been in this business for 26 years and nothing surprises me. I've worked with a few management companies, most recently RPM for many years now. If you do your job and are professional, they treat you with the courtesy and respect you deserve. If you don't, they show you the door. And why shouldn't they? The executives have an open door policy and even manage properties themselves. I have experienced their honesty time and time again and it always amazes me. I "heard" there were complaints online so searched online and have to admit I'm shocked. I've always been proud to call Resource my family. I am not "brown nosing" with this review. I have no reason to.

It's a tough business no matter what. We have good and bad days like anyone else, especially in this business.
