Has a wonderful story of 15 years in the CXM sector specialising in Telco's and a professional services team that cannot be beaten for commitment and diligence - they are the shining stars of the show
Cons
A complete laggard that is a "behemoth legend" in it's own lunchbox - peel away the covers and there is no real understanding of the new market forces. The solution needs updating, the value proposition has nothing new and there is far too much internal selling
