Team is very close and a overall joy to work with. Most of the time I enjoyed coming in and working closely with my fellow co-workers. Many learning opportunities are presented to you. No matter your role, you will find yourself learning various skills (design, marketing, tech development) in other fields. CEO is an extremely passionate and driven leader. Always willing to share insights with the team and improve processes.
Cons
Working hours can be long at times with many days gone by until you've earned a paid day off. However, many policy changes were being taken into consideration such as more paid days off, more work from home days, and 5 o'clock Fridays.
