The employees here are outstanding - I love my coworkers. Never have I been exposed to so many motivated, helpful, and intelligent people at a time. People are willing to offer assistance regardless of their own workload and will support every initiative you take on.

Because it is young and small, compensation and benefits will only continue to improve, but really I have no complaints overall given the trajectory of the company.
