Pros
I am a current employee at RFPIO and I absolutely love what I do every day. My manager is incredibly talented and strategic in what they do, which inspires me daily. RFPIO employees live and breathe our core values and it's apparent that everyone is passionate about our mission. The RFPIO platform sells itself and remains the leader in the market. The culture at RFPIO is one that supports a healthy work-life balance, develops high performers and does not promote toxicity. RFPIO offers competitive pay and benefits and, of course, Flex-Friday's! Who doesn't want to be off by lunch time on most Friday's?! Given that RFPIO is still a young organization, employees have an opportunity to really make an impact and grow professionally. There seem to be a lot of opportunities to move into different roles and promote within the company, which tells me the leadership is partnered in our success. Lastly, leadership is always open to hearing feedback and wants to be a great place to work.
Cons
RFPIO is still learning and experiencing rapid growth (pro). However, this means there are some processes that could be more efficient. I think as suggestions/feedback is given, it is sometimes a new idea or process, which does take time to develop. Not everyone thrives in a fast paced, start up environment. The people's passion for the product, each other, and willingness to learn brings us together and makes the growing pains all worth while.
