      I work with some really good veteran teachers that trying their best.

      Cons

      Low Pay Under qualified directors and assistant directors Micromanagers Dont follow TEA guidelines Having tutors as teachers Low staff, so higher ratios Sped/504 students not getting accomodations Administration "bullies" Not getting conference periods Unorganized management: several third party companies running basic things like benefits

      I was given free reign to instruct the students as I saw best so long as it worked.

      Cons

      Very small school makes funding, and thus part time grant funded positions, sometimes insufficient.
