Salary not competitive and no increase

None that I can think of!!

Worst company I have ever worked for. Virtually no training.. hard selling to older customers . Forcing to pay deposits. Immoral and unethical. No support at all. Then if your not doing well they lie to you saying putting you on new data when actually it has been dialled NUMEROUS times. Lack of structure . You don't ever know where you are.. They will sack you even if still in training or having a bad week. There is no stability no structure. They will promise you commission then not pay it.. Just don't bother!!!!!
