Chef Lead Company (CEO Ed Brown and COO Michael Gallagher were both former Chefs and they share a deep passion for food)
Cons
The pandemic has caused major labor shortages, and people are doing much more with less. (That's a shared problem throughout the whole hospitality industry right now)

We are appreciative that you took the time to share your positive 5 star experience with the R/A Family. While Covid has created many challenges, we remain committed in creating a common sense of purpose, that inspires others to do their very best through trust, transparency and respect.
If you work the right contract the holiday schedule is nice. Never ending supply of company branded temu quality merch as gratitude for a job well done.
Cons
Tend to make knee jerk reactions in management. Upper management support is performative. Endless half useful meetings that should be emails given they tout a great work life balance but bog you down in processes that change weekly. Merit increases are measly at best. Required 50 hr work week but it’s frequently 55-60. Vacation and sick time are taken in half day intervals so leaving an hour early results in a half day loss. No real system allowing breaks for lunch. I was told i could sit down for 15 mins at the end of lunch service to eat but that is seldom achievable. HR will throw you under the bus given the first opportunity and will not support you when dealing with problematic employees. Management turnover is extremely high.
