Pros

This was a better company when Original Founder and management ran this business. Johnson Lancaster Associates and management team bought this in 2020-2021 and ruined this company.

Cons

No communication from home office in Florida. No raises, no performance reviews, No work/life balance. no work from home. No training. Senior employees and Management do whatever they want. Sales team hiding Gifts, Money and commissions/kickbacks from other staff. Come and go as they please. Lying to customers on orders, items always out of stock, no offer on warranties and repairs for local customers. Sell old broken or returned equipment.

We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience did not reflect the standards we strive for at RestaurantSupply.com. During the transition, we recognized the need for significant changes, which included parting ways with certain individuals to address accountability and align with our long-term goals—difficult decisions that we believe were necessary to improve the company’s future. While we understand these changes may not have met everyone's expectations, they were made with the intention of fostering a more productive and customer-focused workplace.

Pros

Great Management and great people to work alongside. Flexible scheduling and PTO. Never a dull day with multiple projects to switch to and from.

Cons

Some long days to finish projects. Some last-minute projects with quick turnaround time.

Pros

Casual workwear, simple data-entry tasks, chill for the most part.

Cons

If I had to sum it up in one word: boring. There are no opportunities for career advancement, pay is below minimum wage, micromanaging, no team dynamics, easy for employees to feel demotivated. Web manager was prone to frequent outbursts which were most if not always related to personal issues outside work. Very distracting and difficult to ignore even with headphones on. Even though this position could be remote web employees were always expected to be at their desk and observed to ensure they’re actually working. Even when there were disruptions due to internet connections or servers and bad weather. However customer service people were allowed to work from home.
