Pros
They have a Good product and a Good Business. I worked during COVID from Sept 2020 under a Supervisor.
As per the size of the organisation, they have been at their best, helped them build Documentation, and they always take justifications, the parent company intellisoft had been very supportive in terms of management and had good conversation and we brought some ways to bring improvement in the team as of Technical support. When there was no organisation hiring in Covid, they hired me and vice versa.
Cons
Not what I can think of from the size of the organisation. They gave me a lot in time I needed it.
