      Pros

      The company benefits are in line with most companies and they pay well, which is basically how they attract people.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, it's basically non-existent. The CEO does not run the company, the company runs him. The VP's aren't leaders, they have no direction and provide no guidance. VP's are making decisions that shouldn't be, but with no leadership I guess that's what happens. As small as the company is, nobody communicates unless you happen to be in the right place at the right time and catch a hallway conversation. I've never worked at such a dis-functional poorly operated company.

      Pros

      Super cool technology and friendly colleagues. Good benefit package.

      Cons

      The management is dysfunctional. Lots of politics for such a small company. The biggest issue by far is the fact that people have been promoted to positions not because of their managerial abilities but because of their seniority. There is a big disconnect between the management and the rest of the company. The CEO is absolutely rude and self-centered and based on my humble opinion is not effective as a CEO. He is only focused on marketing because that's all he knows. Lots of micromanagement at every level, which defeats the point of hiring professionals.
