Pros

Caring for patients in despite need of in home wound care. When able to care for them it was very rewarding.

Cons

There are many if you value your sanity and your professional reputation, I would stay away from this place. 1. Management is focused on the veneer of the company, but not the structure and backbone. 2. Never know what you’re walking into on a daily basis. 3. Supplies were difficult to obtain at times and utilities were turned off in offices. 4. HR pride itself and saying that you can be let go at any time because you’re hired in an at will state and there’s no reason that they need to give to fire you. 5. You will feel as if you are in a them versus us situation from day one 6. High turnover during my two years there with eight people being let go in a five month. Period. Similar situations have occurred in other states as well.
