Managers Suck - Project Coordinator Restorecore Employee Review

I have a great manager who is passionate about there work and leading and that helps me feel confident in having open conversations with him and know he has my back. He isn’t afraid to tell me what I can improve on and I respect that a lot. The work is reliable and I have a good schedule.

Not really a con, just wish we had more training but it sounds like RC is expanding the offerings later this year.

Management truly cares about the employees, there are opportunites to grow and learn and the company has a great teamwork culture.

The clients can be difficult at times and deadlines are often short but this is the nature of the business
