Startup Recruitment Agency good to kick off & learn more about recruitment career - Recruitment Consultant Resubae Employee Review

In the short span of 2 months of my internship at Resubae, I’ve learnt more than I can ever learn from elsewhere due to the hands-on nature of the company. Even though i’m relatively new to this field, both bosses still allowed and completely trusted me to do new tasks that i’m unfamiliar with. Their trust in me inspired me to actively dive into the tasks and they were always there to support me if I ever needed help. In my personal opinion, these are the best kinds of learning experiences because they were never stingy with their business ideas and were always there to advise on things that sometimes weren't even job-related.

You may get lost and confused along the way due to how hands-off the bosses are. This is because they want you to learn as much as possible and I believe that's how I learnt so much, by making mistakes and learning from those mistakes. My time with them were filled with both happiness and difficulties but I wouldn't have it any other way:)

- Less team member than I expected so it's heavy word load for everyone but looking on the bright side.. we all get to learn new things
