Pros

Good innovative company who genuinely does a lot for their customers, they have a great strategy and positive outlook for the future.

Cons

I should have known when I got a low ball offer it was a mistake, but I thought the company looked great so I took a 15K pay cut because I was sold a company that is accountable, provides feedback, is supportive but what I got was completely different, senior management that is unprofessional, talking about illegal substances, talking about another team members disciplinary, whispering with more junior team members, and nobody held accountable for bad behaviour. They expect you to learn internal processes yourself with no handover no briefing, no expectations set and no feedback on how things have gone so far. They will set you up to fail. A few things wrong here, low ball salary but expectations of a senior leader I think would be a fair summary! Communications from Senior Leaders is shocking, they are allowed to degrade you on calls and are not called out for bad behaviour! There is NO support or development from this company, they will tell you there is but it doesn’t happen! In my 30 years of work I have never come across such an unprofessional senior leadership team which is disappointing.

Pros

Entrepreneurial, agile firm with strong marketing and talented colleagues. Good stepping stone for SAP careers offering valuable learning experience and growth opportunities.

Cons

Hierarchical, clique-driven culture with occasional micromanagement. Recognition can favour politics over performance. Limited trust and autonomy on some engagements. Fear of retaliation due to absence of robust procedures for dealing with issues.
