Results was an awesome place to work. The team is phenomenal and management really worked with the employees. The unlimited PTO was really appreciated and a great benefit!

With the current management I can’t think of any cons.

Results Technology has shown me first hand what it feels like to actually do work that is needed, appreciated, and valued. Most of the jobs I have had in my life have always been something to hold me over until I find that one that I can settle in. Just like bouncing between apartments before investing in that forever house. Well, I have finally found my house! Wearing the Results Technology logo has made me as proud as a soldier would be to wear their Airborne wings. We are a family and we take care of each other.

Results Technology is a growing business. There is always work coming down that pipe that will consume a lot of your time, and it will never stop. Most of this work is caused by other people doing stuff that they shouldn't be doing, but only because they don't know what they're doing. We have employees that have to work as late at midnight in order to fix something that someone else broke, whether it be another vendor, or the ISP. There may be times where you will need to be on the phone for hours trying troubleshoot something with someone, who just won't listen to you. The biggest Con, is working with other people.
